2017 is almost coming to an end and of course ushering in the new year pretty soon. The fashion world evolves gradually and periodically and some trending fashion styles that made an impact tend to roll over into the new years especially if it made a significant impact in the fashion world in the previous year(s).
African fashion has been generally recognized and accepted worldwide and many celebrities in Africa and beyond now make fabulous outfits from African print.
In 2018, we expect even more fabulous and beautiful African print patterns and styles to evolve in the fashion world. These are styles that were designed and worn in different cute ways by fashionistas in 2017 that wouldn’t loose its value in 2018.

Cold shoulder is another trending style that is very similar to the off shoulder style. Some people find it more comfortable especially if you wish too cover some skin and yet show off the shoulders. Aside from being really comfortable, they are also trendy and fashionable. Am on the lookout for more of these in 2018.
The micro pleats are no longer just for uniforms anymore as it used to be. Now, there are trending and fabulous outfits made with micro pleats. More will be seen in 2018.
Peplum was seriously in trends in 2017 and many fashionistas made outfits with the peplum style. Be it on gowns or shirts/tops, the peplum style is always very stylish and we should expect more of them in 2018.
